腹腔镜手术器械操控原则

摘要: 外科医生在腹腔镜手术中的触觉是间接的,且受器械性能的影响,因此,对腹腔镜器械的深入了解和科学的管理对优化手术结果至关重要。腹腔镜手术提供了放大的视野,有助于精确操作,但也可能导致对手术全局观的不足,增加误伤风险。术者的操控范围受限于器械的设计和人体关节的活动范围,因此,选择合适的trocar位置和器械对减少手术“死角”至关重要。详尽地了解各种器械的使用方法,充分地认识腹腔镜手术的固有特点,才能够更好地扬长避短,尽可能地利用器械创造出的操控空间等客观条件,把技术、经验、方法等主观能力发挥得更好。

Abstract: The tactile perception of surgeons during laparoscopic surgery is indirect and influenced by the performance of the instruments. Therefore, a deep understanding and scientific management of laparoscopic instruments are crucial for optimizing surgical outcomes. Laparoscopic surgery provides an enlarged field of view, which aids in precise manipulation but may also result in a loss of global perspective on the surgery, increasing the risk of inadvertent injury. The range of manipulation is limited by the design of the instruments and the range of motion of the human joints, thus, selecting the appropriate trocar positions and instruments is vital for reducing “blind spots” in surgery. A thorough understanding of the use of various instruments and a full awareness of the inherent characteristics of laparoscopic surgery are essential to leverage their strengths and minimize their weaknesses. The objective conditions such as the manipulative space created by the instruments can be utilized to the fullest only by harnessing subjective abilities, such as technical skills, experience, and methods.
