人工智能在结直肠癌诊治中应用现状、难点及对策

摘要： 结直肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，我国结直肠癌的发病率及病死率均保持上升趋势。近年来，随着人工智能（AI）技术的飞速发展，使得计算机辅助诊断技术为精准临床诊断提供了新的方法。大量学术研究以及临床试验证明，基于AI技术的高级别辅助诊疗系统能够显著提高医学影像的可读性，客观地为医生提供可靠的综合性参考意见，减少医生之间的经验差异，帮助医生做出更为精准的诊断决策。虽然AI技术在医学领域中的地位不断提升，但其在临床应用中还存在诸多问题，须进一步规范及完善。

Abstract    Colorectal cancer is the common malignant tumor of the digestive tract.In recent years，with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology，computer aided diagnosis provides a new technical means for accurate clinical diagnosis. A large number of academic studies and clinical trials have proved that the high level auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system based on artificial intelligence technology can significantly improve the readability of medical images，objectively provide reliable comprehensive reference opinions for doctors，reduce the difference in experience between doctors，and help doctors make more accurate diagnosis decisions.Although medical artificial intelligence technology continues to improve，there are still many problems in clinical application，which need to be further standardized and improved.
