2018年《欧洲肝脏研究学会临床实践指南：肝细胞癌管理》解读

摘要：

2018年4月，欧洲肝脏研究学会（EASL）基于最新的循证医学证据对第一版肝细胞癌管理指南进行了更新和完善。新的指南从流行病学、疾病监测、诊断、复查、分期标准、反应评估等方面对肝细胞癌的管理进行了推荐；从肝切除、肝移植、射频消融和放疗、经动脉导管栓塞化疗、全身治疗、姑息和支持治疗等方面对肝细胞癌的治疗提出了建议；最后，对肝细胞癌的临床研究设计和研究方向给出了意见。指南内容丰富，值得我国肝脏病学工作者借鉴。

Abstract:

Abstract    In April 2018，the European Association for the study of the Liver （EASL） published an amendment for the first issue of“EASL Clinical Practical Guidelines：Management of hepatocellular carcinoma”previously published in 2012.This amendment is done based on the latest evidence in HCC.The new guideline includes （1） recommendation in epidemiology，surveillance，diagnosis，recall policy，staging system and treatment allocation and response assessment in HCC patients；（2） up-to-date viewpoint in liver resection，liver transplantation，local ablation and external radiation，transarterial therapies，systemic therapies，palliative and supportive care；（3） suggestions in clinical trial design and research goals.This Guideline is informative and helpful to the hepatologist in China.
