Abstract    Pancreatic injury has increased year by year with considerably high morbidity and mortality. Most of the mortality relates to the occurrence and development of complications. Thorough comprehension and reasonable management of the complications of pancreatic injury has key significance to improve its cure rate. The frequently observed complications of pancreatic injury include traumatic pancreatitis，pancreatic fistula，pseudocyst，abscess，intestinal fistula.
