十二指肠损伤原因及诊治对策

摘要：

临床上十二指肠损伤较少见，但病情复杂，常合并其他器官损伤。其并发症多、漏诊率与病死率高，给临床医师的诊治造成极大的困扰。掌握十二指肠损伤的临床特点、准确的早期诊断是十二指肠损伤的救治关键，合理的临床治疗是提高十二指肠损伤治疗效果的重要环节。

Abstract    Duodenal injury is less common but complex，often associated with multipe organ damages. Its high mobility and motality rate and yet a relatively low diagnosis rate at presentation remain a great challenge. Thus，understanding the clinical features，acquainting the accurate early diagnosis and mastering the reasonable therapy are very crucial for the duodenal injury treatment in the clinic.
