Abstract    Pancrease and duodenal injury is usually combined with a reputation of high mortality and morbidity because of its special anatomical position, complex function and high incidence of preoperative missed diagnosis. Timely operation and comprehensive exploration during surgery play a important role in decreasing complications. That damage control concept，simple and efficiency methods，individualization maneuver must be keep in surgeon’s mind for the patients.
