胆囊癌术前术中评估方法及价值

摘要：

现代影像学的发展对胆囊癌的诊断提供了帮助。规范的根治性手术是原发性胆囊癌病人获得治愈可能的惟一方法。胆囊癌的局部浸润程度和淋巴结转移情况是决定手术方式的基础。通过准确的术前术中评估，包括T分期评估、淋巴结转移评估、可切除性评估及术中再次分期评估，进而对选择合适的治疗方法具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract    The development of modern imageology offers a help to the diagnosis of gallbladder cancer (GBC). Standard radical surgery may be the only curative way for the GBC patients. Moreover, degree of local invasion and lymph node metastatic situation of GBC are the basis of the surgical decision making. Accurate pre-/intra-operative evaluation, including T staging evaluation, lymph node metastasis evaluation, resectable evaluation and the intraoperative staging evaluation again, has an important guiding significance for appropriate treatment selection.
