围手术期感染防治应特别关注的几个问题

摘要：

围手术期感染会导致病人住院时间延长、医疗费用增加以及病死率升高。我国围手术期感染的防控主要存在防控手段的依从性差、抗生素不合理应用、细菌耐药率增高以及对高危人群的病情评估不到位等若干问题，须引起外科医师的重视。

Abstract    Perioperative infection significantly increases the postoperative length of the hospital stay，costs in health care and risk of death. The mainly issues for the prevention and management of perioperative infection in China are as follow：poor compliance，irrational antibiotic use，increased antibiotic resistance and insufficient assessment in high-risk groups. Surgeons should pay enough attention to improve it.
