Abstract    Digestive tract reconstruction after laparoscopic gastrectomy directly affects the patients short-term recovery and long-term quality of life, which is a hot and difficult tipic in the field of minimally invasive surgery for gastric cancer. No matter what kind of gastrectomy is performed, it is inevitable for the surgeon to choose a reasonable method for digestive tract reconstruction. Therefore, ensuring the safety of digestive tract reconstruction and reducing short- and long-term complications related to anastomosis are of positive and far-reaching significance for improving the prognosis and quality of life of patients. Compared with traditional open surgery, laparoscopic gastrectomy has its own unique digestive tract reconstruction methods in distal gastrectomy, proximal gastrectomy and total gastrectomy. In clinical practice, the surgeon should choose a safe, effective, and reasonable method of digestive tract reconstruction according to the actual situation of the patient and the laparoscopic operation experience of the surgeon.
