局部进展期甲状腺癌侵犯喉返神经的外科处理

摘要： 局部进展期甲状腺癌中喉返神经侵犯较为常见，但其处理方式目前尚存在一定争议。由于喉返神经的重要生理功能，如何在保证肿瘤根治的前提下最大限度地保留神经功能是一直以来困扰外科医生的难题。随着神经功能评估手段的进步以及外科操作理念的更新，大量循证医学数据的支撑也加深了外科医生对喉返神经的认识，对这部分病人的处理应结合其自身意愿，制定个性化的治疗方案，争取肿瘤控制和保证生活质量达到较高的平衡。

Abstract    Recurrent laryngeal nerve invasion is common in locally advanced thyroid cancer, but its management is still controversial. Since the recurrent laryngeal nerve has important physiological functions, how to preserve the maximum nerve function on the premise of tumor radical treatment has been a difficult problem for surgeons. With the progress of neurological function assessment methods and the update of surgical operation concepts, the support of a large number of evidence-based medical data has also deepened surgeons' understanding of the recurrent laryngeal nerve, personalized treatment schedules can be formulated for these patients according to their wishes, to achieve a high balance between tumor control and quality of life.
