Abstract    In early-stage breast cancer comprehensive treatment, patients have to face delays of scheduled treatment for different reasons from time to time. However, outbreaks of COVID-19 have inevitably affected a much larger number of patients for disease control purposes. Such delays include the following: delays in surgery for newly diagnosed early-stage breast cancer patients, delays in neoadjuvant chemotherapy if needed, delays in surgery after the completion of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, etc. In order to avoid infection with out compromising patients out canes, we provide our perspectives and suggestions for each situation according to previous studies.
