Abstract: Maxillofacial diseases mainly refer to the diseases occurring in the facial soft tissue and jawbone，including infectious diseases，tumors and tumor-like lesions，neurological diseases，developmental diseases，and temporomandibular joint diseases. When patients suffer from the above diseases，common chief complaints include pain，facial asymmetry，restricted mouth opening，and maxillofacial lumps，etc. This article is guided by the patient's chief complaints，and conducts medical history inquiry based on the patient's chief complaints. According to the inquiry results，targeted oral clinical and imaging auxiliary examinations are carried out in order to achieve the goal of rapid and accurate diagnosis and timely treatment，which provides assistance for general practitioners to conduct timely and effective treatment of maxillofacial diseases.

摘要： 颌面部疾病主要指发生于面部软组织及颌骨组织的疾病，包括感染性疾病、肿瘤与类肿瘤样病变、神经性疾病、发育性疾病及颞下颌关节疾病等。当患者罹患以上疾病时常见的主诉为疼痛、面部不对称、张口受限及颌面部肿块等。文章以患者主诉为导向，围绕患者主诉进行病史询问，根据询问结果进行针对性口腔临床及影像学等辅助检查，从而达到对患者疾病进行快速、准确诊断并及时处理的目的，为口腔临床全科医生及时有效处理颌面部疾病提供帮助。
