Abstract: The demand for comfortable diagnosis and management of oral mucosal diseases has gained significant attention in clinical practice. The application of non-invasive detection，artificial intelligence-assisted analysis and interdisciplinary quantitative assessment techniques have provided new ideas for the diagnosis of the disease. Innovative therapeutic apporaches such as laser therapy，digital design，and wIRA（water-filtered infrared A）have significantly improved the treatment process. This review systematically examines the technological advancements in new technologies for comfortable diagnosis and treatment of oral mucosal diseases and their clinical application effects and discusses the application propects in clinical practice and the development trend，aiming to provide theoretical evidence for optimizing diagnosis and treatment strategies.

摘要： 口腔黏膜病诊疗的舒适化需求日益凸显，无创检测、人工智能辅助分析及跨学科量化评估技术的应用为疾病诊断提供了新思路，激光治疗、数字化设计及威伐光等创新疗法的运用显著改善治疗过程。文章就口腔黏膜病舒适化诊疗的新技术研究进展及其临床应用效果做一综述，探讨其在临床实践中的应用前景与发展趋势，以期为优化诊疗策略提供理论依据。
