Abstract: Condylar positioning techniques are methods of maintaining a relatively stable condylar position during orthodontic-orthognathic treatment to prevent unwanted movement of the condyle. Traditionally,the condylar positioning techniques have been based on manual positioning and the positioning of auxiliary devices. In recent years,with the development of biomedical engineering technology,there has been a proliferation of imaging-based and computer-aided design methods for condylar positioning,which has had a positive impact on the surgical process and the prognosis of temporomandibular joint function in orthodontic-orthognathic treatment. This article provides a review of the research in condylar positioning techniques in orthodontic-orthognathic treatment.

摘要: 髁突定位技术是在正畸-正颌联合治疗中保持髁突位置相对稳定,以防止髁突发生非必要移动的一种方法。传统的髁突定位方法以手动定位和辅助装置定位为主。近年来,随着生物医学工程技术的发展,基于影像学、计算机辅助设计的髁突定位方法层出不穷,对正畸-正颌联合治疗的外科手术流程、颞下颌关节功能的预后水平也产生了积极影响。文章就正畸-正颌联合治疗中髁突定位技术的研究进展做一阐述。
