Abstract: Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion is the most common dental malformation in clinical practice. Different types of malocclusion also affect the shape and position characteristics of the condyle. After orthodontic treatment，malocclusion patients will have their occlusion changed，and the shape and position of the condyle will undergo adaptive reconstruction to further maintain the stability and balance of the oral and maxillofacial functional system. This article summarizes the features of shape and position of the condyle in patients with Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion before and after orthodontic treatment.

摘要： 安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形是临床常见的牙颌畸形，不同的牙颌畸形类型也会影响髁突的形态和位置特征。错牙合畸形患者通过正畸治疗后咬合发生改变，同时髁突形态与位置会发生适应性改建，进一步维持口颌功能系统的稳定和平衡。文章就不同类型的安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者正畸治疗前后髁突形态与位置特征做一阐述。
