Abstract: After an implant is placed into the bone，the osseointegration often affect the survival rate of implants. The osseointegration of the implants is the basis of implants performing functions. The use of certain kinds of medicine is proved to reduce the survival rate of implant by influncing the osseointegration. Glucocorticoids affect numerous pathways involved in bone metabolism. This article will provide a review of the influence of local application of glucocorticoids on osseointegration of dentul implants.

摘要： 种植体植入颌骨后，骨代谢情况常影响到种植体的存留率。种植体植入后的骨结合是种植体行使功能的基础，一些药物的应用现已证明可以通过影响骨结合从而降低种植体的存留率，而糖皮质激素对于骨代谢存在一定程度的影响。文章就口腔局部应用糖皮质激素对种植体骨结合影响的研究进展做一综述。
