Abstract: Temporomandibular disorders（TMD）are a group of conditions that cause pain and dysfunction in masticatory muscles and（or）temporomandibular joint and its related structures. Because of its high prevalence and close relationship with stomatological disciplines，orthodontists give growing concerns to TMD. Based on the results of domestic and international researches and the author′s clinical experence，this review presents the diagnosis of TMD by different imaging examinations to find out advantages and disadvantages of them，providing reference for clinicians.

摘要： 颞下颌关节紊乱病（temporomandibular disorders，TMD）是累及咀嚼肌群和（或）颞下颌关节及其相关结构的一组疾病，因其患病率高且与口腔各个学科联系密切而越来越受到正畸医生的关注和重视。文章通过结合国内外部分学者的研究结果和笔者的临床经验，阐述不同影像学检查在TMD诊断中的应用、优缺点和重要意义，给予临床医生参考和借鉴。
