Abstract: Orthodontic therapy requires that tooth movement be achieved safely and stably within the reconstructed alveolar bone，ultimately establishing occlusal relationships that are both functionally and esthetically harmonious. Therefore，the efficacy of orthodontic tooth movement  is closely related to the interaction between teeth and the alveolar bone. In clinical practice，periodontists can utilize bone augmentation techniques to supplement bone graft materials in regions with insufficient alveolar bone volume，thereby creating a favorable periodontal foundation for subsequent dental treatments involving orthodontics，prosthodontics，and implant dentistry. In orthodontic-periodontal treatment，bone augmentation techniques also enhance orthodontic outcomes by providing the necessary bone tissue support for safe tooth movement，representing a critical link for close collaboration between orthodontists and periodontists. This article elaborates on the application strategies and potential influencing factors of periodontal bone augmentation techniques in the context of orthodontic treatment.

摘要： 正畸治疗要求牙齿能够在重建后的牙槽骨中实现安全、稳定的移动，最终建立功能性及美观性协调的咬合关系。因此，正畸牙移动效果与牙齿和牙槽骨的相互作用密切相关。临床工作中，牙周科医生可通过骨增量技术在牙槽骨量不足的区域补充骨移植材料，进而为后续的口腔治疗，如正畸、修复和种植等序列治疗构建良好的牙周基础条件。在牙周-正畸联合治疗中，骨增量技术还可提高正畸治疗效果，为牙齿的安全移动提供必要的骨组织基础，是正畸科医生与牙周科医生密切协作的关键环节。文章就正畸治疗中牙周骨增量技术的应用策略及其潜在的影响因素展开阐述。
