无机纳米材料介导的光动力疗法在口腔疾病中研究进展

Abstract: Photodynamic therapy is a treatment method that uses photosensitizer to stimulate photodynamic reaction to produce singlet oxygen and other reactive oxygen species to selectively kill bacteria and destroy diseased tissues. Inorganic nanomaterials are a new type of materials,which can be used not only as photosensitizers themselves,but also as carriers to load photosensitizers to mediate photodynamic therapy. This article reviews the common inorganic nanomaterials and the research progress of photodynamic therapy mediated by inorganic nanomaterials in oral diseases.

摘要: 光动力疗法是利用光敏剂激发光动力反应,产生单线态氧和其他活性氧进而选择性杀灭细菌,破坏病变组织的一种治疗方式。无机纳米材料是一种新型材料,不仅自身可用作光敏剂,也可作为载体装载光敏剂从而介导光动力疗法。文章就常见的无机纳米材料及其介导的光动力疗法在口腔疾病中的研究进展做一综述。
