Abstract: With the continuous advancement of bonding technology,fiber posts have been widely used in the restoration and treatment of dental defects due to their excellent aesthetic performance and being close to dentin elastic modulus characteristics. However,when periapical lesions occur after fiber post restoration,if non-surgical root canal retreatment is desired,the primary task is to completely remove the fiber post in order to establish a channel for surgical instruments to enter the root canal,thus achieving the goal of root canal disinfection. Currently,the main methods for removing fiber posts in clinical practice include drill needle method,ultrasound method, Er∶YAG laser,etc. However,there is no unified conclusion on how to effectively remove fiber posts with minimal trauma. This article introduces the commonly used methods and their clinical effects based on the principle of fiber post removal,with the aim of enriching clinical doctors′understanding of different fiber post removal methods and providing reference for choosing more efficient and convenient methods in clinical practice.

摘要: 随着粘接技术的不断成熟,纤维桩因其自身出色的美学性能和近牙本质弹性模量的特点,已被广泛应用于牙体缺损的修复治疗。然而,对于纤维桩修复后发生的根尖周病变,若想通过非手术方法行根管再治疗,首要任务是将纤维桩完整拆除,才可建立手术器械进入根管的通道,继而达到根管消炎的目的。目前,临床上使用的纤维桩拆除方法主要包括钻针法、超声法、铒激光法等,而如何将纤维桩微创且有效地拆除尚无统一结论。文章基于原理就纤维桩拆除方法及其效果做一介绍,旨在丰富临床医生对不同纤维桩拆除方法认识的同时,为临床选择更加高效、便捷的方法提供参考依据。
