Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of Simodont virtual simulation system in standardized training of stomatological residents. Methods Totally 20 residents receiving standardized training in Hunan Xiangya Stomatological Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(n = 10)and experimental group(n = 10)by random number table method. Simodont virtual simulation training system and traditional head model training system were used by experimental group residents and control group residents to prepare G.V.Black Ⅱ hole,respectively. The training effects of the two groups were compared by professional rating and digital rating. The residents in the experimental group were investigated about the use of Simodont virtual simulation system. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in specialization score or digital evaluation results before training (P > 0.05). The specialization score and digital evaluation results after training of experimental group were significantly improved,and the improvement was more obvious than control group(P < 0.05). All 10 residents in the experimental group agreed that Simodont virtual simulation system was the development trend of dental operation training in the future,which was easier to operate than the traditional head imitation model;however,most residents also believed that Simodont virtual simulation system requires higher operation accuracy of operators. Conclusion The application of Simodont virtual simulation system is helpful to improve the operation level of stomatologists. It is suggested that on the premise of sufficient professional training of Simodont virtual simulation system,it should be widely used in clinical operation training of stomatology.

摘要: 目的 探讨Simodont虚拟仿真系统在口腔住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法 选取于湖南中南大学湘雅口腔医院进行住院医师规范化培训的2020级住院医师20名,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各10名。研究组和对照组住院医师分别使用Simodont虚拟仿真系统和传统仿头模培训系统进行G.V.Black Ⅱ类洞的制备训练。采用专业化评分和数字化评级比较两组训练效果,并对研究组住院医师进行Simodont虚拟仿真系统使用情况调查。结果 两组住院医师分组训练前的专业化评分及数字化评级比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P > 0.05)。研究组住院医师分组训练后的专业化评分和数字化评级均显著提高,且优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。研究组10名住院医师均完全认同使用Simodont虚拟仿真系统进行口腔科操作训练是未来的发展趋势,且认为Simodont虚拟仿真系统比传统仿头模更容易操作;但大部分住院医师也同样认为Simodont虚拟仿真系统对操作者的操作精度要求更高。结论 Simodont虚拟仿真系统的应用有助于提高口腔住院医师的操作水平。建议在充足的Simodont虚拟仿真系统专业培训前提下,将其广泛应用于口腔科临床操作训练。
