Abstract: The loss of multiple teeth in the maxillary anterior region often brings challenges to implantation for insufficient restorative space and compromised aesthetic outcomes due to hard and soft tissue defects，adjacent tooth displacement，and abnormal overbite/overjet. This article presents a case of multiple missing teeth in the aesthetic zone of the maxillary anterior region，complicated by periodontitis，malocclusion，and unfavorable adjacent tooth conditions. Through detailed condition analysis and careful treatment planning，a staged therapeutic approach was implemented，including initial periodontal therapy to control inflammation，orthodontic treatment to improve occlusion and create adequate restorative space，as well as simultaneous guided bone regeneration during implant placement to establish hard tissue foundation and restore contour. Ultimately，implant-supported prostheses were used to restore the completeness of the dentition，significantly improving both aesthetic effect and function. This case highlights the critical role of multidisciplinary comprehensive therapy in managing dentition defect in the maxillary anterior region，offering a systematic clinical framework and reference for the clinical management of similar cases.
