改良型/注射型富血小板纤维蛋白在牙槽骨增量术中应用研究进展

摘要: 重度牙周炎致缺牙的患者常存在严重的牙槽骨吸收,在垂直、水平方向上骨量不足而难以获得良好的种植效果。国内外研究表明,牙槽骨增量术可在种植前或种植同期重建牙槽骨轮廓以提供种植体的初期稳定性,但重度牙周炎患者因牙槽骨严重吸收而存在维持成骨空间困难、软组织初期闭合不佳的情况。近年来,具有骨诱导性的血小板浓缩物改良型富血小板纤维蛋白(advanced platelet-rich fibrin,A-PRF)、注射型富血小板纤维蛋白(injectable platelet-rich fibrin,i-PRF)因其利于术中塑形及促进术后软硬组织愈合、有助于解决重度牙周炎患者的种植难题而在临床得到广泛关注。文章就A-PRF/i-PRF应用于牙槽骨增量术中的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: Severe periodontitis is a common disease leading to bone absorption and loss of natural teeth. Patients often cannot get good effect of dental implant due to obvious vertical and horizontal bone defects. Researches at home and abroad have shown that variety of alveolar bone augmentation techniques have been used to reconstruct the alveolar bone contour in order to provide the initial stability of implant,while patients with severe periodontitis may experience collapse of osteogenic space and poor initial closure of soft tissue as a result of severe bone absorption. Advanced platelet-rich fibrin(A-PRF)and injectable platelet-rich fibrin(i-PRF),as platelet concentrates,have attracted much attention since they are good for shaping and tissue healing and their contribution to solving implant problems in patients with severe periodontitis. This paper reviews the research progress of A-PRF and i-PRF used in alveolar bone augmentation.
