无牙颌种植修复长期成功的因素分析

作者简介:邓飞龙，医学博士、教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任中山大学光华口腔医学院附属口腔医院种植科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔种植专业委员会副主任委员、广东省口腔医学会口腔种植专业委员会主任委员、广东省口腔医学会常务理事、《中国口腔种植学杂志》及《中华口腔医学研究杂志》（电子版）编委。先后参与国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金及广东省科技计划等研究项目。发表论文近70篇，近五年发表SCI收录论文8篇、核心期刊论文24篇。参与编著全国研究生统编教材《口腔种植学》等专业书籍。主持《纯钛牙种植体的系列研究》科研成果荣获广东省科技进步三等奖。

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 传统的全口义齿因稳定性不佳、支持力不足，常常难以达到理想的修复效果。长期研究表明，无牙颌种植修复可明显提高修复体的稳定性及患者的舒适度，同时可有效减少牙槽骨的吸收，是一种理想的修复方法。本文通过回顾近年发表的文献，同时结合作者的临床心得，探讨并分析影响无牙颌种植修复长期成功的主要因素。

Abstract: Abstract：The conventional complete denture with insufficient stability and supportiveness is often difficult to achieve ideal restoration results. Long-term studies have demonstrated that the use of implants can obviously increase the stability and comfort level，and effectively reduce the absorption of alveolar bone，which has a great impact on the prosthodontic treatment for the edentulous patients. In this review，we are going to discuss and analyse the main factors that affect the long-term success for implant-supported rehabilitation in the edentulous cases.
