摘要: 摘要:富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet rich fibrin, PRF)是新一代的血小板浓缩物,它是自身静脉血经离心分层后,位于贫血小板血浆层与红细胞碎片层之间的富含血小板的纤维蛋白凝胶。PRF富含高浓度的血小板、多种生长因子、纤维蛋白原和免疫细胞,可促进骨组织和软组织的修复与再生,并且具有一定的抗感染能力。本文将对PRF作用机制的研究进展以及其在口腔颌面部组织再生中的应用现状进行综述。

Abstract: Abstract: Platelet-rich ?brin (PRF) is regarded as a new type of platelet concentrate,which can be isolated from autologous venous blood. After blood sample centrifugation, PRF is in the state of gel, located in the middle part between the red corpuscles at the bottom and acellular plasma at the top. The PRF,which contains high concentration of platelets, a variety of growth factors, fibrinogen and leukocytes,could promote the restoration and regeneration of bone and soft tissue. And it also has the ability of resisting infection. The aim of this article is to review the research progress of the mechanism of PRF and the application of PRF to oral and maxillofacial tissue regeneration.
