外科-正畸联合导萌

  • 作者简介:周宏志，医学博士、副教授、副主任医师。2001年于第四军医大学获博士学位。2002—2004年于中国人民解放军总医院完成博士后工作。2010年赴美国马里兰大学牙科学院做访问学者。现工作于第四军医大学口腔医学院口腔外科。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会牙槽外科学组委员。从事口腔颔面外科临床和研究工作16年，在牙槽外科、组织工程等方面有深入研究。曾主持中国博士后科学基金、北京自然科学基金、军队科学研究基金等项目。SCI收录国际期刊发表论文10篇，国内核心期刊发表论文30余篇，参编专著4部。获解放军总医院科技进步奖1项、国家发明专利l项。

摘要： 智齿以外恒牙阻生是牙列畸形矫治中较为复杂的情况，需通过外科-正畸联合导萌治疗，以恢复完整牙列的美学形态和咬合功能等。牙槽外科医生在这项协同治疗过程中，担负重要职责，在诊断与治疗设计、阻生牙齿定位、外科显露技术、导萌阻力去除、萌出愈合等方面应具备足够的知识或经验，对减少患者手术痛苦，缩短矫治时间，最终矫治成功等有决定性作用。

Abstract: Ectopic impaction of the functional tooth is a kind of complicated mal-occlusion. Orthodontic eruption of such tooth，in cooperation with surgical assistance，is usually necessary to rebuild aesthetics and function of the natural dentition. Oral surgeons play important roles in the procedure，which needs the capability or knowledge of the general design of the treatment，localization of the impact tooth，analysis and clearance of the obstruction，surgical techniques for the exposure，and healing mechanics of the eruption. Good surgical treatments are essential for the comfort of the patient，duration time of the procedure，and final success of the orthodontic eruption.
