唇侧阻生尖牙的临床矫治

  • 作者简介:贺红，教授、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。1985—1997年获湖北医科大学口腔医学院（现武汉大学口腔医学院）学士、硕士、博士学位。2000年在香港大学做访问学者，2004—2005年在美国伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校牙学院做高级访问学者。现任武汉大学口腔医学院正畸科主任。兼任口腔正畸学教科书编委，《中华口腔医学杂志》、《口腔医学研究》等期刊编委，中华口腔医学会正畸专业委员会委员，武汉市口腔医学会正畸专业委员会主任委员，湖北省医疗事故技术鉴定专家库专家，英国爱丁堡皇家外科学院正畸院员，美国正畸协会、世界正畸联盟、国际牙科研究会的国际会员。全球范围内首先开展骨膜下种植体支抗技术进行前方牵引矫形矫治骨性Ⅲ类错牙合的研究。完成及正在承担各级研究课题7项（包括国家自然科学基金），发表论文30余篇，参编论著7部，多次在各级教学竞赛中获奖。

摘要： 唇侧阻生尖牙是正畸医生面临的一大挑战。关于其临床矫治已有多篇文献报道，但具体矫治方法的选择存在差异。本文介绍了唇侧阻生尖牙的患病率、病因、检查与早期诊断、预防及正畸矫治方法，为临床医生提供参考。

Abstract: It has been a challenge for orthodontists to treat labially impacted canines. There are lots of papers concerning the orthodontic treatment of impacted canines in the literature， however the selection of treatment methods varies a lot among them. In order to provide references for clinicians， this article discusses the prevalence， etiology， examination， early diagnosis， as well as preventive and orthodontic treatment methods of labially impacted canines.
