上颌中切牙倒置阻生的正畸治疗

  • 作者简介:金作林，口腔正畸学博士、教授、副主任医师。2002—2004年在四川大学华西口腔医学院完成博士后工作。2010年于美国哥伦比亚大学做访问学者。现任第四军医大学口腔医院正畸科副主任，兼任中华口腔医学会会员、中华口腔医学会正畸专业委员会委员、世界正畸医师联盟会员、美国正畸协会会员。主要研究方向为牙囊细胞的组织工程重建牙周组织和颅颌面错牙合畸形的生长发育。获得国家自然科学基金项目3项，陕西省基金项目5项。发表论文61篇，其中SCI收录7篇。获得省军队科技成果二等奖2项，发明专利2项。

摘要： 上颌中切牙倒置阻生临床上较少见，矫治方法和理念也不同于其他阻生牙的导萌。缺失上颌中切牙严重影响美观及功能，所以临床上应及早发现并治疗，以利于患者自信心的建立。本文主要介绍了上颌中切牙倒置阻生的原因、治疗方法及保持。

Abstract: The inverted impacted upper central incisors are unusual in clinic. Compared to other impacted teeth，the ideals of designments and treatments are different. The lost upper central incisors will affect the esthetics and functions， so it's better to receive treatment as soon as possible，which contributes to the reestablishment of the patient’s self-confidence. This article has introduced the causes， treatments and retention in inverted impacted upper central incisors.
