秋水仙碱治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡1年疗效观察

摘要：

目的    评价秋水仙碱治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡（RAU）的疗效。方法    选择2008 年5月至 2010年1月来江苏省苏北人民医院口腔科就诊的RAU患者112例，随机分成两组。对照组（56例）应用锡类散喷于溃疡表面，3 ~ 4次/d，至溃疡愈合；试验组（56例）在同对照组用药基础上给予秋水仙碱（5 mg/次）口服，疗程为12周，第1周1次/d，第2周2次/d，第3 ~ 12周3次/d。结果    治疗后1年，试验组总有效率为97.87%，对照组总有效率为46.67%，两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.01）。结论    秋水仙碱治疗RAU有较好的疗效。

Abstract:

Objective    To observe the efficacy of colchicines in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods    Totally 112 cases of recurrent aphthous ulcer admitted to the Subei People's Hospital of Stomatology of Jiangsu province from 2008-5 to 2010-1 were randomly divided into two groups：56 cases in the control group were treated with xilet san by spraying on the surface of the ulcer，qid；56 cases in the treating group were treated with the same as control group except for a tablet of oral colchicines，the dosage was 0.5 mg，once a day in the first week，twice a day in the second week，three times a day after two weeks. Results    The total effective rate of the treating group was 97.87% and total effective rate of the control group was 46.66%. There was significant difference between two groups（P < 0.01）. Conclusion    Colchicines have a better efficacy in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer.
