  • 作者简介:王文梅，教授、主任医师。享受国务院特殊津贴专家，江苏省有突出贡献中青年专家。现任南京大学医学院附属口腔医院（南京市口腔医院）副院长。兼任中华口腔医学会中西医结合专业委员会副主任委员，江苏省口腔医学会副会长，Journal of Dentistry and Oral Biology、Clinics in Oncology、《口腔医学研究》、《临床口腔医学杂志》等学术期刊编委，《口腔黏膜病学》研究生教材编委。从事口腔黏膜病学医疗、教学和科研工作30余年，临床经验丰富。先后主持国家级和省、市级科研课题18项，发表论文百余篇，主编及参编专著8部，获江苏省科技进步二等奖、江苏省卫生厅引进医学新技术二等奖 、南京市科技进步二等奖以及江苏医学科技奖十余项。

摘要：

复发性阿弗他溃疡（recurrent aphthous ucler，RAU）是最常见且治疗较棘手的口腔黏膜病。文章综述国内外文献，根据溃疡复发的临床特征，探讨RAU临床分型，即顽固性RAU和普通性RAU两类。并就目前临床上用于治疗顽固性RAU的药物，如糖皮质激素、沙利度胺、白芍总苷，以及其他免疫调节剂、中医中药等进行综述探讨，以期为临床医生提供帮助。

Abstract:

  Recurrent aphthous ulcer（RAU）is a most common disease of oral mucosa and it is difficult to be treated. In this review，the classification of RAU and the treatment for refractory RAU were discussed. According to the literature and clinical data，RAU can be classified into two types：refractory and general RAU. The update of the currently used medicines in the treatment of refractory RAU，such as glucocorticoids，thalidomide，total glucosides of paeony，other immunomodulators，traditional Chinese medicine and so on，is summarized in order to provide help for clinicians.
