垂体瘤转化基因在唾液腺腺样囊性癌中表达研究

摘要:

目的    研究垂体瘤转化基因(PTTG)的表达与唾液腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)临床病理特点之间的关系。方法        应用免疫组织化学SP法检测40例SACC组织及20例癌旁非癌组织中PTTG的表达。采用SPSS11.5统计软件包,应用χ2检验对结果数据进行统计学处理。结果    SACC组织中PTTG的表达明显升高,与非癌组织之间的差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。PTTG的表达与SACC的病理类型无关(P > 0.05)。结论    PTTG在SACC组织中呈高表达。PTTG的表达与SACC的发生密切相关,PTTG的异常激活是SACC恶性增殖的原因之一。

Abstract:

Objective    To study the expression and clinical significance of pituitary tumor transforming gene(PTTG)in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC). Methods    The expression of PTTG was investigated in 40 cases of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and 20 cases of non-cancerous tissue by immunohistochemistry. Pearson’s Chi-square test was used to analyze the data. Results    The expression of PTTG was significantly higher in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma than in non-cancerous tissue(P < 0.05). There was no significant correlation between the level of PTTG expression and pathological type(P > 0.05). Conclusion    PTTG highly expresses in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma. The occurrence of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma correlates with the expression of PTTG and the abnormal activation of PTTG is one of the factors for the proliferation of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma.
