Kank1在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义

摘要: 目的 研究Kank1在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达及意义。方法 使用免疫组化SP法分别检测Kank1在60例OSCC组织及20例正常口腔黏膜(normal oral mucosa,NOM)中的表达情况,并结合OSCC患者的临床相关资料,研究Kank1与OSCC发生发展的关系。结果 Kank1在OSCC组织中的高表达率为55%,而在NOM中的高表达率为100%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 13.585,P<0.001);Kank1的表达与OSCC的分化程度有关联,随着分化程度的降低,Kank1的表达也呈下降趋势(P < 0.05);Kank1在有淋巴结转移的OSCC患者癌组织中的表达明显低于无淋巴结转移的患者(P<0.05),但与患者的性别、年龄无明显关联(P>0.05)。结论 Kank1可能参与了OSCC的发生发展及转移过程。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression and significance of Kank1 protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect Kank1 expression in oral mucosa of 60 patients with OSCC and 20 normal mucosa tissues. The correlation between Kank1 and OSCC was studied based on clinical data of OSCC patients. Results The high expression rate of Kank1 in OSCC was 55%,while it was 100% in normal oral mucosa,which was significantly higher than that of Kank1 in OSCC (χ2 = 13.585,P<0.001). The expression of Kank1 had a connection with the differentiation of OSCC. With the decline of differentiation degree,Kank1 expression also showed a decreased trend (P<0.05). Kank1 expression in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than that in OSCC without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05),but there was no significant correlation between Kank1 expression and gender or age of patients (P>0.05). Conclusion Kank1 may be involved in the occurrence,development and metastasis of OSCC.
