  • 作者简介:韩科，教授、主任医师。1983年毕业于北京医科大学研究生院，1987—1988年在丹麦哥本哈根皇家牙医学院做访问学者。曾任北京大学口腔医学院修复科副主任、北京大学口腔医院口腔颌面种植中心副主任、中华口腔医学会口腔修复专业委员会常务委员。主要研究方向及专长：口腔修复、口腔种植修复及颞下颌关节紊乱病治疗。主编中文专著5部，参编中文专著10余部，在国内外专业期刊发表论文数十篇。

摘要：

提要：牙合是咀嚼系统功能的枢纽，口腔修复治疗除了满足美观和功能要求，还应确保通过修复体传导到机体的负荷有利于咀嚼系统健康。由于支持方式的差别，不同类型修复体对于牙合关系的要求有所不同。牙合关系设计制作应该参照个体的生理性牙合，尽量准确复制有关的静态和动态因素，控制误差，使修复体与个体的牙合型达到协调。

Abstract:

Summary：Occlusion is the key of the function of stomatognathic system. Other than esthetic and functional requirements，a dental prosthesis should ensure the transmitted load being propitious to the health of stomatognathic system. Because of different ways of support，various prosthesis demands，diverse occlusal contact. The occlusal design and construction of a dental prosthesis should refer to individual physiologic occlusion. All the static and dynamic complications of individual masticatory organ should be accurately reproduced. Any error must be carefully controlled，thereby integrate the prosthesis to individual occlusal scheme.
