正畸治疗中牙合学问题

  • 作者简介:赵志河，教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任四川大学华西口腔医学院副院长、口腔正畸科（系）主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔正畸专业委员会候任主任会员，《中华口腔医学杂志》、《华西口腔医学杂志》、《中国实用口腔科杂志》等期刊编委。主持了6项国家自然科学基金研究项目（其中包括1项重点项目）。发表论文125篇，其中被SCI、EI收录45篇。2009年主持研究的“口腔正畸牙移动生物力学机制基础及临床应用的系统化研究” 获教育部科学技术进步奖一等奖。

摘要：

提要：错牙合畸形中的病理性牙合因素会造成咀嚼系统功能紊乱，错牙合畸型本身也可以干扰咀嚼系统的正常生理功能。正畸医生在临床操作中应掌握常见的病理性错牙合畸形的类型及治疗原则，同时注重对咀嚼系统功能影响较大的正畸治疗因素，明确咀嚼系统功能紊乱的正畸治疗特点及注意事项。

Abstract:

Summary：Not only pathological occlusal factors of malocclusion， but also malocclusion itself can cause dysfunction of masticatory system. An orthodontist should know the common types of pathological malocclusion as well as principles of treatment，and pay attention to important factors of orthodontic treatment which can affect masticatory function， and know the orthodontic treatment characteristics and cautions about patients with dysfunction of masticatory system.
