中西医结合治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓疗效评价

摘要：

目的    评价中西医结合治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓（oral lichen planus ，OLP）的临床疗效。方法    选择2008年2月至2010年6月在江西省抚州市第一人民医院口腔科就诊的86例糜烂型OLP患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，各43例。试验组采用局部注射曲安奈德配合中药治疗，对照组仅局部注射曲安奈德。分别对两组患者治疗前、治疗1个月后和治疗6个月后的局部病损进行分级评定，并进行对比观察。结果    治疗1个月后试验组和对照组有效率分别为83.33%和83.72%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（χ2 =0.002，P = 0.962 ）；治疗6个月后试验组有效率为76.68%，优于对照组的26.32%，差异有统计学意义（χ2 = 17.053，P＜0.001 ）。结论    中西医结合治疗糜烂型OLP的疗效优于单纯的局部注射治疗。

Abstract:

Objective    To observe the effect of the treatment for erosive oral lichen planus with integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods    A total of 86 patients suffering from erosive OLP were divided into a test group（n=43）and a control group（n=43） randomly. The cases in two groups were submucously injected with Triamcinolone acetonide. The cases in test group were also given the traditional Chinese medicine.The therepeutic effect was evaluated and analyzed statistically. Results    After one month，the effect rate of the test and control group was 83.33%and 83.72%（χ2 = 0.002，P = 0.962 ）；six months after treatment，they were 76.68%and 26.32%，the difference being significant（χ2 = 17.053，P＜0.001 ）. Conclusion    The therapy of integrated Chinese and western medicine has good effect on erosive 0LP．
