缩醛树脂卡环临床应用和研究进展

摘要：

提要：可摘局部义齿是牙列缺损主要的修复手段之一，目前在临床广为应用。但是，可摘局部义齿在前牙区容易暴露金属卡环而影响美观，在一定程度上制约了它的应用。20世纪90年代以来，随着缩醛树脂卡环的出现，有效地解决了暴露金属卡环的问题。本文就缩醛树脂卡环固位力的影响因素、缩醛树脂卡环的临床应用、研究现状做一综述。

Abstract:

Summary：Because removable partial denture exposed the former ring，which affected the appearance of metal，so to a certain extent，this limited its application. Since the nineties of last century， with the emergence of acetal resin clasps， metal exposure has effectively solved the problem. In this paper，the affecting factors of acetal resin clasp，its clinical application and the research situation were reviewed.
