牙龈卟啉单胞菌与内皮细胞功能障碍相关性研究

摘要:

提要:血管内皮细胞(vascular endothelial cell,VEC)功能障碍发生在动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)的早期,对AS的发生、发展具有始动和促进作用。大量研究表明,牙周炎尤其是中、重度牙周炎与AS密切相关,牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,Pg)是目前公认的慢性牙周炎的的主要致病菌,其对VEC的损伤机制主要包括细菌直接侵入血管内皮、促进炎症细胞因子释放和表达、促进血小板聚集、通过自身免疫反应和炎症反应来促进AS的发生。本文就近年来该领域的研究现状做一综述。

Abstract:

Summary:Endothelial dysfunction occurred at an early stage of atherosclerosis,which has an important impact on the occurrence and development of AS. Numerous studies have shown that periodontosis,especially moderate-severe periodontitis is closely related to AS. Porphyromonas gingivalis is recognized as the main pathogen of chronic periodiodontitis. Pg contributes to endothelial dysfunction directly and indirectly in some ways,including invading the endothelial cells,promoting the release and expression of inflammatory cytokines,triggering platelet aggregation and affect the vessel wall via inflammatory and immune responses. This article reviews the advances in research of porphyromonas gingivalis and endothelial dysfunction.
