拔牙并发症预防及处理

  • 作者简介:周宏志，医学博士、副教授。1995年毕业于第四军医大学获得学士学位，2001年获博士学位。2002—2004年于中国人民解放军总医院完成博士后工作。2010年赴美国马里兰大学牙科学院做访问学者。现工作于第四军医大学口腔医学院口腔外科，兼任中华口腔医学会会员，牙槽外科学组委员。从事口腔颌面外科临床和研究工作12年，在复杂牙拔除、口腔良性肿瘤及血管畸形诊治、口腔缺损修复重建等方面有深入研究。曾获得中国博士后科学基金、北京自然科学基金、军队科学研究基金等资助。在SCI收录国际期刊发表论文5篇，国内核心期刊发表论文30余篇，参编专著2部。获解放军总医院科技进步奖1项，国家发明专利1项。

摘要：

提要：牙拔除术是口腔外科最基本的手术操作，但由于牙齿及其周围组织结构在解剖、生理、病理等多方面存在复杂的个体差异性，并且口腔内操作时视野和器械掌控都受到限制，牙拔除术可能产生多种术中、术后并发症，如果对其操作风险掉以轻心，或者缺乏足够的处理能力，这些并发症可能给患者造成较大痛苦甚至危险。因此，充分了解各种拔牙并发症及其预防和处理方法是非常重要的。

Abstract:

Summary：Tooth extraction is the most basic operation of oral surgery but not the simplest one. The tooth and adjacent tissues could have numerous individual differences in many anatomic，physic and pathologic conditions. Furthermore，the intro-oral operation is often difficult because of the limited field of vision and limited space for surgical instruments. Thus，tooth extraction should always be carried out with great cautions and efficient skills to prevent all kinds of complications which could be terrible or even dangerous for the patients. It is really important to be well aware of the possible complications of tooth extraction and their effective preventions and treatments all through the periods of preparation，operation and post-operation.
