  • 作者简介:何洁，主管护师。现任第四军医大学口腔医院口腔外科护士长。1996年毕业于第四军医大学护理系，从事口腔颌面外科护理工作14年，积累了丰富的临床经验。在国内统计源期刊、核心期刊发表论文10余篇，参与制作人民卫生出版社出版的视听教学课件1部，参编专著2部。协助开展了微创技术运用于口腔外科及无痛舒适拔牙等数项新业务、新技术。

摘要：

提要：目前我国还缺乏牙科助手的职业定位和分类，牙科助手的工作多数由护士来担任。由于护士未经过口腔专业培训，所以进入医疗机构中需经过培训后才能适应口腔诊疗工作，这样就造成了人力、物力和时间的浪费。本文介绍了牙科助手在牙拔除术的术前准备、术中配合及术后健康教育中所起到的作用，阐述了规范的现代口腔医疗操作中，牙科助手是必不可少的组成部分，规范化操作会提高口腔医疗的质量和效率。

Abstract:

Summary：At present，there is no vocational orientation and classification for dental assistants in China. The work of dental assistants is mostly done by nurses. Because of lacking professional training，nurses need appropriate training to adjust to dental clinical work，which results in a waste of  the work force，materials and time. Here，we demonstrated the role of dental assistants in preoperative preparation，intraoperative cooperation and postoperative health education in tooth extraction，and indicated that a dental assistant is an essential part of the modern dental clinics. The standardized practice will increase the quality and efficiency of dental clinics.
