特殊人群的牙拔除术

  • 作者简介:崔念晖，博士、北京大学口腔医学院口腔颌面外科副主任医师。长期从事口腔颌面外科专业临床和科研工作。临床研究以牙槽突外科为主，科研工作围绕颌骨破坏机制及骨破坏的抑制等方面展开。曾于2003年和2007年两次赴日本东京齿科大学研修。2007—2009年获国家自然科学基金项目资助，完成了题为“血管内皮细胞中破骨细胞相关因子的表达及其对肿瘤性颌骨破坏的影响”的研究。有多篇论文发表在Clinical Cancer Research等杂志上。曾获北京大学医学部优秀科研论文奖、北京大学口腔医学院优秀论文奖等。

摘要：

提要：牙拔除术是口腔外科的基本操作，近年来其适应证和禁忌证也在不断变化调整。本文围绕一些特殊人群（包括全身情况差和精神心理因素不能配合的患者）以及特殊牙齿（包括上颌前部埋伏多生牙和下颌阻生智齿）的牙拔除术方面内容结合临床经验加以介绍。

Abstract:

Summary： The indication and contradiction of tooth extraction have changed during these decades. In this paper， some special conditions of the patients were mentioned， including the management of the patients with poor health condition and sedation or general anesthesia during the dental treatment. Extraction of the impacted supernumerary tooth in the maxilla and wisdom tooth in mandible was also discussed.
