老年人口腔疾病的治疗特点

  • 作者简介:栾文民，主任医师、北京大学口腔医学院兼职教授、博士研究生导师。1982—1984年在丹麦奥胡斯市皇家牙科学院进修老年口腔医学。1985—2000年任卫生部北京医院副院长兼卫生部老年医学研究所副所长。现任中国医师协会口腔医师分会会长、中华口腔医学会副会长、中华口腔医学会老年口腔医学专业委员会前任主任委员，《中华口腔医学杂志》、《中国牙科学研究杂志》（英文版）副总编，《Journal of Oral Rehabilitation》（SCI 收录）等4本国际杂志编委。主要从事老年口腔医学研究和临床工作。在国内、外专业期刊发表论文42篇，其中13篇为SCI收录期刊发表。主编《实用口腔内科学》等专著7部，参与编写《实用口腔医学》及《Dental Caries》（剑桥大学出版社）等国内、外专著8部。多次参加国际学术会议并报告论文，应邀在美国、英国、日本、韩国、瑞士、丹麦等6个国家的牙科学院讲座。学术成果获卫生部医药卫生科技进步奖、中华医学科技奖及北京市科技进步奖各1项。1989年被评为卫生部有突出贡献的中青年专家，1990年被评为全国卫生系统优秀留学回国人员，1993年获政府特殊津贴，2003—2007年担任第十届全国政协委员。

摘要：

提要：老年人除口腔组织产生各种增龄性的改变外，全身各器官也都相应地产生衰老的改变，生理功能适应性减退，同时心理状态也有不同程度的变化。此外，老年人还常伴有多种慢性疾病，服用多种药物。以上情况均可影响其口腔疾病的诊断、治疗和预后。这就要求医生必须掌握老年人的各种特点，采取不同于青、壮年人的措施，进行安全有效的治疗。本文介绍了对老年口腔病患者治疗的一般原则，老年人常见全身疾病和口腔治疗的关系以及拔牙、牙体牙髓病、牙周病及口腔修复的特点。

Abstract:

Summary：The elderly have a variety of aging changes both in oral tissues and systemic organs and their physiological function and adaptive ability reduce. Varying degrees of psychological changes are not uncommon. Moreover， the aged are often accompanied by a variety of chronic diseases with multiple medications. The above-mentioned facts may affect the diagnosis， treatment and prognosis of oral diseases. It is advisable that dentists should familiarize themselves with various characteristics of the elderly patients， which are different from the young adults and take measures to carry out safe and effective treatment.This article describes the general principles of management for elderly patients with oral diseases，the relationship between systemic diseases and oral treatment and the characteristics of managements in the field of dental surgery，endodontics，periodontal diseases and prosthodontics.
