老年及儿童人群拔牙的风险及防治

  • 作者简介:丁宇翔，医学博士。现为第四军医大学口腔医学院口腔外科副主任医师、副教授、硕士研究生导师。临床专业特长为微创拔牙、口腔种植、牙槽骨缺损修复等。承担国家自然科学基金及陕西省科研基金课题多项；发表科研论文30余篇，其中SCI收录10余篇；主编专著1部，参编10部。获得陕西省科技进步一等奖1项，陕西省教学成果一等奖1项，国家发明专利1项。

摘要：

老年及儿童人群由于年龄的特殊性、生理及心理的脆弱性等原因可干扰拔牙操作的正常进行；此外，拔牙过程也可能会超出该类人群的耐受能力，且围手术期用药亦可能对该类人群造成影响。文章针对老年及儿童人群拔牙可能出现的风险及其预防和处理进行阐述，以期为口腔医生在临床工作中能够对此类人群安全、顺利地实施牙拔除术提供参考。

Abstract:

The procedure of tooth extraction can be affected by the the specialty of age and the psycological and physiological weakness of old people and children. On the other hand，the process of tooth extraction can also exceed the tolerance of the population. Furthermore，the medications used in tooth extraction may have an impact on this group. Thus，the aim of this paper is to review the risks of tooth extraction in elderly patients and children. Meanwhile，how to prevent the potential risks once happening and the treatment are also reviewed in this paper，aiming to provide reference for the dentists to perform the extraction safely and smoothly.
