安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形诊疗思路探讨

  • 作者简介:蔡斌，副主任医师。1986年毕业于中山医科大学口腔医学系。1988年至1992年师从美国哈佛大学著名正畸学专家严开仁教授。现任中山大学附属口腔医院正畸科副主任，广东省口腔医学会口腔正畸专业委员会常务副主任委员。从事口腔正畸学的医教研工作近20年，主持广东省科技计划项目并参与多项科研项目，近年在国内专业期刊发表论文近20篇。经常应邀到国内外作临床正畸技术专题讲座，推广现代正畸技术。

摘要：

提要：本文从安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形的分类诊断及其治疗模式入手，结合中国南方人群软组织面型特点，并通过病例展示矫治过程中塑造软组织外形的重要性及矫治手段的最优化原则，探讨安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形的治疗思路和要点。

Abstract:

Summary：The paper systematically discusses the classification， diagnosis and treatment modalities of Angle class Ⅱ Malocclusion. According to the soft tissue characteristics of southern China，through the case report which shows the importance of soft tissue modification and principles of treatment optimization，this paper investigates treatment approach and key points of class Ⅱ malocclusion.
