3D打印氧化锆全瓷冠的临床性能研究进展

摘要: 氧化锆全瓷材料以其优异的临床性能得到广泛应用,传统的加工方式主要为计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制造(computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing,CAD/CAM)数控切削。随着增材制造技术的发展,3D打印技术明显提高了口腔修复体的制作效率及个性化程度,成为新技术热点。众多研究已证实,3D打印氧化锆全瓷修复体的精度、生物相容性及冠边缘适合性等符合临床要求,有应用于临床的潜力,但在工艺优化、材料性能、长期临床效果等方面仍需进一步研究,且需完善相应技术参数、行业标准和临床应用指南。文章通过阐述3D打印氧化锆全瓷冠的材料类型、技术特点及临床相关性能的研究进展,分析其临床可行性并预测未来发展方向及技术突破关键点,以期更好地服务临床。

Abstract: Zirconia all-ceramic material is widely used for its excellent clinical performance,and the traditional processing method is mainly computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM)milling. With the development of additive manufacturing,3D printing technology has significantly improved the efficiency of manufacturing and degree of personalization of oral prosthesis,and has become a new technical hotspot. Numerous studies have confirmed that 3D printed zirconia all-ceramic prostheses meet the clinical requirements in terms of precision,biocompatibility,and crown margin suitability,and have the potential to be applied in clinical practice. However,further studies are still needed in terms of process optimization,material properties and long-term clinical effects,and the corresponding technical parameters,industry standards and clinical application guidelines need to be perfected. This review describes the research progress on the material type,technical characteristics and clinical performance of 3D printed zirconia all-ceramic crowns,analyzes their clinical feasibility,and predicts the future direction of development and key points of technological breakthroughs,aiming to better serve the clinical work.
