个性化桩印模技术的研究进展

摘要: 桩核冠常用于修复因龋齿或磨牙症等原因导致的大量牙体组织丧失的患牙。在修复粗大根管或根管开口为喇叭状的牙齿时,由于预成桩通常难以完美适应这些特殊形状的根管,容易导致脱粘接,因此个性化桩成为解决此问题的重要手段。尽管传统印模技术仍是主要手段,但近年来数字化印模技术的飞速发展为个性化桩修复技术带来了创新。文章总结了这2种印模技术的特点与应用,并展望了数字化印模技术在个性化桩修复领域的未来发展前景,为数字化技术的进一步应用提供了依据。

Abstract: Post-and-core crowns are commonly used to restore teeth with significant loss of dental tissue due to caries or attrition. When repairing large root canals or teeth with funnel-shaped root canal openings,prefabricated posts often fail to perfectly adapt to these special canal shapes,which can lead to debonding. Therefore,custom posts have become an important solution to this problem. Although traditional impression techniques remain to be the primary method,the rapid development of digital impression technology in recent years has brought innovation to custom post restoration techniques. This article summarizes the characteristics and application of both traditional and digital impression techniques,and looks forward to the future development of digital impression technology in the custom post restoration field,providing a basis for further application of digital technology.
