儿童牙弓数字化诊断系统及其在口腔正畸早期矫治中的应用

摘要: 数字化技术在口腔正畸治疗领域的应用逐步广泛及深入。在口腔正畸临床诊断中,牙弓形态大小的诊断对咬合关系及治疗方案的选择至关重要。应用数字化技术建立儿童牙弓数字化诊断李小兵罗嘉庆(LILUO)系统,实现正畸矫治临床牙弓形态大小的智能化分析,对当代正畸治疗的精确性、标准化发展有积极的推动作用。首先,按照Hellman的咬合发育阶段分期,调查分析得到成都地区儿童牙弓宽度和长度的平均值,研究成果填补了我国口腔正畸治疗领域的空白。其次,以3D牙齿分割、牙弓和弓形牙槽骨识别为核心,通过数字化处理、智能化分析,得到成都地区儿童正常牙弓形态簇。最后,应用儿童牙弓数字化诊断LILUO系统分析早期矫治效果,判断异常牙弓形态在矫治后是否更贴近正常,诊断临床矫治的稳定性。儿童牙弓形态大小的诊断是儿童早期矫治的重要部分,儿童牙弓数字化诊断LILUO系统初步解决正畸临床无法记录牙弓形态大小的难题,提高了正畸诊疗的精度,并为更全面、准确的正畸治疗提供新的临床矫治思路。

Abstract: The application of the digital technology in the area of orthodontic treatment is becoming more and more extensive and deeper. In orthodontic clinical diagnosis,the diagnosis of dental arch morphologies and sizes is crucial to the occlusal relationship and the choice of treatment options. The establishment of the Li Xiaobing and Luo Jiaqing(LILUO)system for the digital diagnosis of children's dental arches by using the digital technology to achieve intelligent analysis of the morphology and size of clinical dental arches in orthodontic treatment plays a positive role in promoting the accuracy and standardization of contemporary orthodontic treatments. Firstly,according to Hellman's occlusion development stage,the average value of dental arch widths and lengths of children in Chengdu area was obtained by investigation and analysis,and the research results filled the gap in the field of orthodontic treatment in China. Secondly,taking 3D tooth segmentation,dental arch and arch-shaped alveolar bone recognition as the core and through digital processing and intelligent analysis,the normal dental arch morphology cluster of children in Chengdu area was obtained. Thirdly,the digital diagnosis LILUO system of children's dental arch was exploited to analyze the early orthodontic treatment effect,judge whether the abnormal dental arch morphology is closer to the normal after early orthodontic treatment,and diagnose the stability of clinical treatment. The diagnosis of the dental arch morphology and size is an important part in early orthodontic treatment. The digital diagnosis LILUO system of children′s dental arch primarily solves the problem that the shape and size of dental arches cannot be recorded in clinical orthodontic treatment,which improves the accuracy of orthodontic diagnosis and treatment,and provides new ideas for more comprehensive and accurate orthodontic treatment.
