摘要: 微种植体支抗的数字化趋势使得微种植体设计与应用的各个步骤逐渐实现了精准化、可视化、便捷化。口腔正畸微种植体支抗的数字化流程主要分为三部分:数字图像采集、可视化操作和3D打印。当今数字化微种植体支抗应用于牙弓扩展、埋伏牙牵引、前牙回收等多种场景下,为临床医生和患者带来了极大的便利。文章针对口腔正畸微种植体支抗的数字化设计与应用做一阐述,以期为临床医生提供参考。

Abstract: The digital trend of micro-implant has gradually achieved the precision,visualization and convenience of each step of micro-implant design and application. The digital process of orthodontic micro-implant is divided into three main parts:image acquisition,visual operation and 3D printing. Nowadays,the digital application of micro-implant in various orthodontic scenarios,such as arch expansion,impacted tooth traction and anterior teeth retraction,has brought great convenience to dentists and patients. In this paper,the digital design and application of orthodontic micro-implant are described,in order to provide reference for clinicians.
