摘要: 口腔组织工程正向着个性化、功能化的方向发展。这一过程伴随着口腔生物材料不断研发,水凝胶作为一种新兴材料近年来被研究者关注。口腔颌面部复杂的解剖结构和多样的组织类型对水凝胶的材料性能、制造技术和临床应用都提出了极大的挑战。文章就近年来水凝胶在口腔组织工程中的应用与进展做一阐述,总结其面临的挑战与未来发展方向。

Abstract: Oral tissue engineering is developing towards the direction of being personalized and functional. This process is accompanied by the development of oral biomaterials. As a new material,hydrogel has attracted the attention of researchers in recent years. The complex anatomical structure and diverse tissue types of the oral and maxillofacial region pose great challenges to the material properties,manufacturing techniques,and clinical applications of hydrogels. This article aims to review the application and progress of hydrogels in oral tissue engineering in recent years,and summarize the challenges and future development directions.
