种植外科手术导板数字化加工

  • 作者简介:胡秀莲，副主任医师、副教授。现任北京大学口腔医学院种植科副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔种植专业委员会青年委员。1997年本科毕业于中国医科大学口腔系，2002年获北京大学口腔医学院医学博士学位。2008年在德国柏林洪堡自由大学Charite Virchow Clinic任访问学者。主要研究方向为骨量不足的种植修复、种植美学修复、微创种植外科技术、计算机辅助下种植修复技术。已发表论文41篇（其中SCI收录 6篇）。参编了卫生部及“十一五”国家规划教材和全国高等院校研究生统一教材《口腔种植学》，参加编译《口腔颌面种植学词汇》。作为项目主要参与者参加了“十一五”国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金、卫生部临床学科重点项目基金、首都医学科学发展基金等多项课题。2011年作为主要学术骨干参与了“973”国家重大科学研究计划“纳米材料在骨、牙再生修复中的生物学过程研究”。2009年获得瑞士Camlog优秀科研工作奖二等奖1项，题目《水球法微创上颌窦提升植骨种植技术的研究》（排名第一位）。2010年获中华医学科技进步二等奖1项。

摘要： 近年来计算机断层扫描技术、种植三维修复设计软件、数字化种植外科手术导板加工技术在口腔种植学领域的应用得到了很快发展，计算机辅助设计种植手术导板在临床中已有较多临床病例报道。本文就种植手术导板的数字化加工的技术发展、数字化手术导板的分类、临床实际操作流程、适应证选择进行分析总结，为临床实际应用提供参考依据。

Abstract: Computerized tomography，3D implant planning software，image-guided template production techniques，and computer-aided surgery have been introduced in the field of oral implantology and become the future of dental implant clinical work. Many cases were reported about image-guided template production technique. In this article we presented the progress and history of the image-guided template production technique，its clinical protocol and classification， clinical indications and tried to give some clue for clinical use of this technique.
