根管再治疗的问题与对策

  • 作者简介:闫萍，副教授、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。2004年获得武汉大学口腔医学院牙体牙髓病学专业博士学位。现任武汉大学口腔医学院特诊科副主任。主要研究方向为钙硅基生物材料在牙体牙髓病学中的临床应用和相关基础研究。发表多篇SCI论文，参与编写研究生统编教材《牙髓病学》及参考书《现代牙髓病学》和《根管治疗图谱》。曾获第一届中华医学会登士柏杯青年人才奖一等奖。

摘要：

摘要：对根管内感染的失败病例进行根管再治疗，并辅以显微镜、超声等现代技术，彻底清除根管内感染，严密充填根管防止再感染，可达到保存患牙的目的。本文对临床上根管再治疗的病例选择、感染控制、常见的临床技术问题和对策加以总结，为临床医生提供参考。

Abstract:

Summary：With the help of microscope and ultrasonic technique，root canal retreatment is the method to save the teeth with failed endodontic treatment by clearing the infection and sealing  the root canal to prevent further infection. The aim of this paper was to summarize the criteria for case selection and the principle of infection control， as well as common technique problems and solutions in root canal retreatment， providing a reference for the clinicians.
